On the occasion of the 10th World Wellness Weekend, Naukuchia House, Naukuchiatal – IHCL SeleQtions has announced a curated wellness retreat planned for November. The two-night experience will bring together yoga, meditation, nature-based activities, wellness treatments and Kumaoni cuisine.

Located at 4,000 feet amid oak and pine forests overlooking Naukuchiatal Lake, the hotel offers a setting for guests to spend time in nature and focus on rest and wellbeing.

The retreat will include lakeside yoga and meditation, guided forest bathing along pine and cedar trails, and sunset sound healing with Himalayan singing bowls. Guests can also experience an aromatherapy body massage using local essential oils, followed by Kumaoni herbal tea around a courtyard bonfire.
