[Auberge Collection](https://www.sleepermagazine.com/tag/auberge-collection/) has unveiled a first look at The Knox, Auberge Collection, a new urban retreat in the heart of Dallas’s Knox Street neighbourhood.

With interiors by [Martin Brudnizki Design Studio](https://www.sleepermagazine.com/tag/martin-brudnizki/), the hotel will serve as the social anchor in one of the city’s most dynamic locations, introducing spirited culinary experiences, transformative wellbeing offerings, a bespoke concept store and exclusive private residences by Chad Dorsey Design.

The Knox, Auberge Collection is brought to life through a longstanding partnership with BDT & MSD Partners and its partners Trammell Crow Company, the Owners of Highland Park Village and The Retail Connection. Together, the partners are reimagining the Knox Street neighbourhood into a vibrant mixed-use destination, with The Knox, Auberge Collection serving as its hospitality centrepiece.

“From the beginning, our vision for The Knox was to create a place that feels distinctly Dallas and becomes a meaningful part of the Knox Street neighbourhood,” comments Sabrina Gleizer of BDT & MSD Partners. “Auberge has been an incredible partner in bringing that vision to life, with a shared commitment to thoughtful design, highly personal hospitality and a strong sense of place. We’re excited to welcome guests and for the community to experience it.”

Located along the Katy Trail, The Knox, Auberge Collection will offer direct access to one of Dallas’s most beloved outdoor destinations – a 3.5-mile green corridor for walking, running and biking – while placing guests within steps of the neighbourhood’s tree-lined streets, designer boutiques, buzzy restaurants and vibrant social scene.

The hotel will feature 140 character-rich guestrooms and suites alongside 48 premier private residences, complemented by a collection of signature dining experiences, a world-class wellbeing destination, a pool garden with skyline views, and a tapestry of dynamic social spaces.

Each of The Knox, Auberge Collection’s guestrooms is imbued with the comfort and character of a private residence, pairing curated art and custom-made furnishings with generous layouts, marble bathrooms and comfortable places to linger. Rich textures, exceptional craftsmanship, intricate detailing and a worldly perspective create an atmosphere that is both refined and inviting.

The hotel’s suites will offer generous layouts with distinct living and dining areas, thoughtfully crafted for longer stays and entertaining. At the pinnacle of the accommodation experience, the signature suites – The Manse and Promenade Suite – will deliver an elevated residential-style stay defined by privacy and sophistication.

The property’s largest suite, The Manse, will feature a private fitness space, wellness room, bar, media room and gracious living and dining areas, while the Promenade Suite will include a sprawling 2,100ft2 terrace with multiple dedicated dining and lounge areas, an indoor bar and an expansive living room ideal for private celebrations and executive gatherings.
