Announced June 15, 2026, the Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay officially commenced operations in Saudi Arabia's Tabuk region. This new property, a collaboration with Red Sea Global, supports Saudi Arabia’s broader Vision 2030 to establish the Red Sea coastline as a hub for luxury and wellness tourism, according to Travel And Tour World.

The resort features 202 accommodations, including guest rooms, suites, and private garden villas, all with direct Red Sea views. Its design prioritizes open spaces and natural light, integrating the structure with the coastal environment.

A significant focus rests on wellness, highlighted by a 2,095-square-meter spa and a 511-square-meter fitness center. These facilities are central to the resort's philosophy of personalized wellness journeys, offering physical recovery, mental relaxation, and nature-based healing, aligning with the Kingdom’s emphasis on wellness tourism.

AMAALA Triple Bay offers structured wellness programs, from one-day resets to multi-day immersive experiences. Guests can engage in activities like sunrise yoga, starlight meditation, sound therapy, and guided night hikes. Culinary workshops and traditional storytelling also form part of the offerings, as do volunteer conservation programs, Travel And Tour World reports.

Dining at the resort includes six open-air venues. The culinary approach balances indulgence with nutrition, featuring Middle Eastern coastal cuisine, Mediterranean dishes, and international flavors. Additional outlets offering Asian, Persian, and Arabian specialties are slated to open later. A sunset lounge provides an elevated dining experience with views over the bay.

Beyond hotel accommodations, the resort includes 26 branded private residences. These villas, ranging from 552 to over 1,000 square meters, offer private pools, expansive interiors, and sea views, catering to long-stay luxury and blending hospitality services with private ownership.

U+A Architects, based in Dubai, designed the resort, aiming for modern coastal luxury that harmonizes with its natural surroundings. The property's location within a sheltered bay provides access to beaches and views of the Red Sea and adjacent mountains.

Our take: The Four Seasons AMAALA Triple Bay represents another significant step in Saudi Arabia's ambitious push into high-end tourism. While the wellness focus is commendable, the real test will be how these curated experiences translate into genuine, transformative guest journeys rather than merely aspirational programming. The sheer scale and rapid deployment of these Red Sea projects suggest a vision unconstrained by typical development timelines, betting heavily on the global appetite for new, pristine luxury destinations.
