[Naples Beach Club](https://www.luxurytraveladvisor.com/keyword/naples-beach-club), A [Four Seasons Resort](https://www.luxurytraveladvisor.com/keyword/four-seasons-0) has opened Building Eva at Market Square, a 22-lodging offering that pairs apartment-style suites with a new slate of kids’ and teen spaces aimed squarely at multigenerational bookings.

Fourteen of the keys are suites running from one to three bedrooms, each with a full kitchen, open living and dining areas, and terraces built for outdoor lounging. The three-bedroom layouts top out at 2,700 square feet and come with three-and-a-half marble bathrooms and an in-unit washer and dryer, a setup the resort is positioning for everything from a long weekend to a full winter season. Several units look out over The Gardens, the Tom Fazio golf course slated to open in early 2027. Champalimaud Design handled the interiors, working in washed oak floors, white travertine, and custom millwork to keep the rooms feeling more like a Naples home than a hotel corridor.

Nightly rates start at $995 for rooms and $5,000 for a one-bedroom suite.

“Building Eva was designed to give families the feeling of having a home of their own while remaining fully connected to the Four Seasons experience,” said Diego Angarita, the resort’s general manager.

The building also houses FINS Club (Fun in Naples Sunshine), the resort’s complimentary program for ages 4 to 12, with marine-life and conservation-themed activities, an arts-and-crafts corner, and a curtained stage for budding performers. A separate Teen Center gives older kids beanbags, gaming stations, and a library of their own. Still to come is The Picture House, a 27-seat private cinema with its own lobby and concession stand.

Building Eva sits within Market Square, the 125-acre resort’s commercial hub, which includes The Sanctuary, a 30,000-square-foot spa with a thermal circuit and rooftop lap pool, and The Wager, a sports gastropub that opened Oct. 15 with arcade games, a putting course, and a four-lane bowling alley, a first for the Four Seasons brand.
