Announced February 9, 2026, real estate giants Related Group and Dezer Development have completed vertical construction at the Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach. This marks a significant milestone for what Hospitality Net describes as South Florida's most exclusive new adresse, and the region's first hospitality-branded condominium.

Situated on 12 acres between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, the property will feature 92 ultra-luxury waterfront homes. According to Hospitality Net, this boutique development aims to combine Rosewood's timeless elegance with oceanfront living, with full completion anticipated in early 2027.

The 2,800 to 6,400 square foot residences emphasize indoor-outdoor living, with curved terraces, open-air kitchens, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Arquitectonica handled the modern architectural design, while Studio Piet Boon provided interiors that utilize natural materials and soft palettes to connect with the coastal environment.

Rosewood will manage an extensive suite of five-star amenities. These include a light-filled indoor-outdoor wellness center with private His-and-Hers spas, saunas, a Hammam, hydro and cold plunge pools, a salon, and two fitness centers. For recreation, residents will have access to tennis, paddle tennis, pickleball, and Bocce courts, complete with a pro shop.

The property also boasts resort-style oceanfront and sunset pools, direct beach access with attended loungers and full food and beverage service, and a private marina with 14 slips. Dining options will feature an upscale oceanfront restaurant, a cocktail bar, breakfast bar, and a creamery, with a celebrity chef to be announced. Additional offerings include a game room, multi-sport simulator, and guest suites.

Signature Rosewood concierge services enhance the residential experience, including butler and on-site lifestyle concierge support, 24-hour security and valet, a house car, and in-residence dining. Home management services, such as floral arrangements and pantry stocking, are also provided.
