Six Senses, the esteemed wellness-focused hospitality brand, will expand its North American portfolio with Six Senses Camp Korongo, slated to open in Southern Utah in 2029. This new desert sanctuary will encompass 41 tented pavilions and 12 residences, spread across approximately 480 acres, distinguished by its red-rock formations.

Mackenzie Roche, reporting for The Points Guy, notes that Six Senses 'undoubtedly selected this location for its tranquility and access to nature and recreational opportunities.' Roche anticipates that, consistent with the brand's ethos, the new Utah property will 'likely incorporate sustainable design practices to highlight the surrounding landscape and to create an atmosphere where guests can relax and unplug.' The site's location in Kanab places it within a 90-minute drive of Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, with Grand Canyon National Park and Arches National Park roughly three hours distant, according to The Points Guy.

A Six Senses Spa is a central feature of the development, promising a spectrum of customizable treatments and immersive wellness programs. The property will also grant direct access to hiking trails and offer exceptional stargazing opportunities, benefiting from what The Points Guy describes as 'some of the darkest skies in the region.'
