From June 1 to July 31, 2026, the award-winning Fifty Mils returns to Trifecta at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston. This marks the second consecutive summer pop-up for the Mexico City bar, bringing its celebrated mixology to Boston's Back Bay.

Located within Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City, Fifty Mils is known for its inventive cocktails and vibrant atmosphere, earning a reputation as a leading force in Latin America’s bar scene. According to WebWire, this return builds on an "incredible response to last year's debut pop-up."

The menu showcases Fifty Mils' signature cocktails, presented with interactive flair and bespoke glassware. Highlights include the Paloma Querida, a blend of blanco and reposado tequila with achiote liqueur and chocolate salt, as WebWire reports. The experience extends to culinary pairings, featuring Mexico City-inspired small plates.

Timed with summer's major soccer events, the pop-up will also feature "The Hat Trick," a tequila-based drink with turmeric, ginger, and citrus. WebWire notes that on June 11, the opening match day for Mexico and South Africa, Trifecta will host an immersive watch party, designed to transport guests into the game's atmosphere.

Ahmed Yacout, General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston, remarked on the collaboration. He told WebWire, "We’re thrilled to bring Fifty Mils back to Trifecta this summer following an incredible response to last year’s debut pop-up, which brought a fresh, bold energy to Back Bay."

Our take: The repeated residency of Fifty Mils signals a strong trend in luxury hospitality: leveraging transient, high-profile collaborations to create unique, buzz-worthy guest experiences. This move not only capitalizes on a global brand like Fifty Mils but also reinforces the Four Seasons One Dalton Street as a dynamic culinary destination in Boston, well beyond its in-house offerings.
