Nobu Los Cabos Launches Month-Long Wellness Retreat


Nobu Hotel Los Cabos is introducing a new Wellness Month program in July, transforming the luxury beachfront resort into a dedicated wellness and longevity-focused destination for summer travelers.

The month-long initiative reflects the continued global rise in wellness tourism, with travelers increasingly seeking experiences centered on fitness, mindfulness, recovery, and holistic health during their vacations.

Throughout July, guests staying at the property will receive complimentary access to an extensive daily schedule of wellness programming designed to support both physical and mental well-being. Activities will include morning yoga, sound healing sessions, boxing masterclasses, Tabata workouts, and pickleball clinics, alongside additional recovery and mindfulness experiences.

The luxury resort said the annual Wellness Month experience is designed to combine relaxation with active lifestyle programming in a resort setting overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

This year’s edition will also feature a lineup of visiting wellness professionals and fitness experts. Among them is Frank Solana, professional pickleball player and chief executive of Luna Pickleball, who will participate in specialty programming during the month.

Additional featured events include a body sculpt workshop hosted by Olivia Laurenzana on July 10 and a two-day Pickleball Camp scheduled for July 17 and 18.

According to the property, Wellness Month is offered only once annually and provides guests with access to premium wellness classes and experiences that would often involve substantial standalone costs at other luxury wellness retreats or fitness resorts.

In addition to the organized wellness programming, guests will also have access to the property’s broader luxury amenities, including the Esencia Wellness Spa, multiple swimming pools, private cabanas, fitness center, salon facilities, and panoramic ocean views.
