A new hotel is taking shape in one of Dallas’s shopping and dining neighborhoods, with plans that go well beyond providing a place to sleep.Its design combines residential-style suites, destination restaurants and wellness facilities with access to one of the city’s popular outdoor routes.The property is aiming at visitors who want their hotel to be part of the trip itself. But, its approach to luxury comes with a price point that will put it in the market for special-occasion stays and high-end city breaks.

[The Knox](https://auberge.com/the-knox/), Auberge Collection, will begin welcoming guests on January 29, 2027, in Dallas’s Knox Street neighborhood.Reservations opened on October 15, according to the hotel’s [official announcement](https://auberge.com/press/the-knox-accepting-reservations/), with nightly rates starting at $1,000.The property will have 140 guest rooms and suites alongside 48 private residences. Dining will be a major part of the hotel’s offering, with four food and beverage venues planned.AdvertisementThese include a restaurant serving American classics, an indoor-outdoor salon focused on European-style dining, an evening cocktail lounge and a poolside restaurant overlooking the Dallas skyline.The property will also introduce [Wellbeing by Auberge](https://auberge.com/wellness/), a wellness concept combining advanced skin treatments, regenerative therapies and thermal bathing experiences. The aim is to make wellness part of the hotel stay, not just an optional spa appointment.For visitors traveling for celebrations or business, The Knox will have event facilities ranging from meeting rooms to a ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and a wraparound terrace.Its largest suite, The Manse, will include a private fitness area, wellness room, bar and media room. The Promenade Suite will have a 2,100-square-foot terrace with dining and lounge areas.

The hotel sits alongside the Katy Trail, a 3.5-mile urban greenway used for walking, running and cycling.
