This week, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole announced its summer wellness programming, designed to complement the region's adventurous spirit while promoting balance and rejuvenation. The program offers a restorative escape, blending movement, mindfulness, and nature, all set against the breathtaking Teton Range.

Kimberly Garner, the Spa Director at Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole, states that the resort's wellness philosophy draws heavily from its mountain environment. According to Breaking Travel News, Garner notes, "Our programming is seamlessly integrated into the guest experience, from invigorating morning yoga classes to restorative evening rituals, perfect for before or after a day of adventure in the destination."

Throughout June, the Resort will host special events highlighting seasonal wellness. For Global Wellness Day, a complimentary Mindful Body Scrub Workshop invites guests to create bespoke body scrubs using essential oils, jojoba oil, and a custom blend of sugar and sea salt.

For the Summer Solstice, wellness practitioner Deidre Norman will lead a special evening session. This experience, available for a fee to visitors and complimentary for registered guests, includes a one-hour Kriya Yoga and Sound Healing session, combining breathwork, meditation, and therapeutic sound vibrations. Breaking Travel News describes the solstice as symbolizing abundance, energy, and renewal, offering a powerful opportunity for intention setting.

The resort's weekly summer activity calendar also features a variety of complimentary, rotating classes. These include breath-led yoga practices, ranging from meditative to cardio-driven sessions, designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus, depending on the group's energy.
