Announced August 14, 2026, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore has named Marisa Ng as its new Associate Commercial Director. This appointment is poised to strengthen the hotel's commercial leadership, aiming to elevate business performance and guest experiences in the competitive Singaporean luxury market.

Ng's mandate includes overseeing the hotel's comprehensive commercial strategy, spanning Sales, Revenue Management, Catering, Reservations, Public Relations, and Marketing. She will collaborate with the Planning Committee leadership to foster sustainable growth, refine brand positioning, and maximize revenue streams.

Prior to this role, Ng was the Director of Sales & Marketing at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel. Hospitality Net notes her tenure there saw record-breaking revenue in rooms and catering. She also served as Cluster Director of Sales for JW Marriott Singapore South Beach and The St. Regis Singapore, managing corporate, group, and leisure segments across both properties.
