Announced March 4, 2026, Kyoto Omuro Kadensho is poised to pre-open on May 24, 2026, in Kyoto's revered Omuro district. This premium Japanese-style hot spring inn establishes the third outpost for the Kadensho brand, following successful ventures in Arashiyama Onsen and Umekoji. Reservations commenced on March 3, 2026.

The inn’s location offers prime access, situated just a two-minute walk from Omuro Ninnaji Station on the Keifuku Electric Railway Kitano Line. Holiday Travel highlights the Omuro area's distinct springtime cherry blossoms and its proximity to Ninnaji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its cultural significance.

Comprising 67 rooms across four floors (three above, one below ground), Kyoto Omuro Kadensho draws inspiration from Zeami's "jibun no hana" concept—the idea of a transient, profound beauty. The design philosophy emphasizes stillness and space, a serene aesthetic that eschews overt ornamentation, focusing instead on the harmonious integration of guest rooms, seasonal kaiseki cuisine, natural gardens, and restorative hot spring waters.

On-site amenities include a substantial public bath with indoor facilities, a dry sauna, and a cold plunge. Four complimentary private baths are also available to guests. Dining takes place in a tranquil space overlooking an interior courtyard, where Kyoto kaiseki cuisine is served. Additional facilities encompass a post-bath relaxation lounge, a dedicated treatment room, a souvenir shop, and a smoking area. Holiday Travel notes the inn accommodates guests of junior high school age and above.
