The 79 suites and rooms, including 15 suites, are noted for their bright and airy ambiance, some offering views of Como's streets. Many feature private living rooms and balconies, incorporating the geometric motifs seen throughout the property.

Wellness provisions include a spa inspired by natural springs, featuring an indoor water relaxation area and a dedicated relaxation lounge. The hotel additionally provides a fitness studio and personalized treatments, catering to a holistic guest experience.

Culinary offerings at Palazzo San Gottardo are diverse, with three distinct venues. Radiante, described by Robb Report as a contemporary Italian establishment, serves dishes such as mackerel with smoked provola. Lumi, a rooftop bar and restaurant, provides light fare and cocktails, alongside Caffè Lariano, a zero-waste eatery with an in-house pastry laboratory.

Hotel General Manager Guglielmo Sartoni remarked that the property "represents the rebirth of an iconic building in the heart of Como."
